Grants
Supporters of Horticultural EDucation (PuebloSHED) offer grants to individuals, non-profit organizations, IRS 501(c)(3) organizations, and tax-exempt units of government within Pueblo County to learn and teach others about sustainable horticultural techniques and foster environmental stewardship.
We currently offer grants of $250 to $2,500 for defined activities that provide horticultural information to others or allow individuals to learn about plants, gardening, and other horticultural topics. Grantees are expected to share the information learned or project results with PuebloSHED, as well as others specified in the grant, after the activities conclude. PuebloSHED members are available to assist with scoping activities that qualify for a grant.
